These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bajiap ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used for deposits at bajiap: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

New members will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳14,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds received as a bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means that if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳22,500 in bets before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers may not be active at the same time.
• If evidence of any bonus abuse is found, it will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

bajiap's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP level depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform.

All games available on bajiap are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective provider, which are properly displayed on the platform.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

Game results are determined by the provider's server and will be considered final. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, it will be settled in accordance with the provider's policy.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in the case of a technical error or system issue, bajiap may at its own discretion cancel or reassess a bet.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, etc.) and other sports, the individual rules of each event apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajiap and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses on multiple accounts by the same person.
• Account hacking, use of fraudulent software or bots.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Fraud or manipulation against other members.
• Any form of collusion or match-fixing.

If evidence of involvement in such activities is found, the account will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may also be notified if necessary.

8.1 Closure at User Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals can be completed before the account is closed, however unused bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bajiap

bajiap may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Evidence of providing false information.
• Use of unauthorized payment methods.
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.
